Andrew Dunn (cinematographer)

Life

After Dunn had made his bachelor's degree from Christ's College, University of Cambridge, he studied film at the Polytechnic of Central London an institute of the University of Westminster. With his subsequent job at the BBC he could realize his childhood dream of working in film implement. In parallel, turned and he developed its own small projects and established contacts for Independent Film. With Andrina, a television film by Bill Forsyth for the BBC, Dunn was first described in 1981 in charge of a film as a cameraman. In the following years he was primarily concerned with the camera of television series and films. For the British director Mick Jackson, with whom he already turned threads to Dunn was responsible in his first major Hollywood production for Bodyguard as a cameraman. He also turned to him LA Story and Blackout - A detective examines himself then Dunn worked alternately both in England and in Hollywood and worked here for many different directors in various genres. So he did the camera work in the shallow comedies by Andy Tennant in Ever After, Sweet Home Alabama - Raising Helen and Hitch - The Date Doctor.

Andrew Dunn lives with his wife Emma and their two children in Exmoor, South England, and in Santa Monica, California.
