Andrew Simpson (actor)

Andrew Gerard Simpson ( born January 1, 1989 in Derry, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom ) is a Northern Irish actor.

Career

Andrew Simpson got as his three siblings acting classes at the Foyle School of Speech and Drama. Later he worked in various festivals as a performer, where he was discovered one day by a talent scout. He started his career off the theater stage with advertising photos, followed by the first film offers early 2000s. His screen debut was in 2003 with the role of Gerard Peters in the film Song for a Raggy Boy, but he could only with the role of 15 -year-old student Steven Connolly, who has a scandalous affair to his, played by Cate Blanchett art teacher, in the convince movie Notes on a Scandal.
