Andrzej Fischer

Andrzej Lucjan Fischer ( born January 15, 1952 in Swarzędz ) is a former Polish football player. He played on the position of the goalkeeper.

Career

Fischer began his career in his hometown at Unia Swarzędz. From there he moved to Olimpia Poznań. In 1971, he joined the crew of Lech Poznan, from where he moved to Gornik Zabrze in 1973. For Zabrze he came in 1974 to two inserts in the Polish national team.

In 1979 he left Gornik Zabrze and played at unterklassigen clubs in Poland and Germany. In 1985, he finished his career with the VfR Aalen.

With the Football World Cup 1974 in Germany he was in the Polish squad, but was not used during the tournament.
