Anđelko Đuričić

Anđelko Đuričić ( Serbian Cyrillic Анђелко Ђуричић, born November 21, 1980 in Pančevo, SFR Yugoslavia) is a Serbian football goalkeeper who plays for the Portuguese club União Leiria.

Career

Đuričićs professional career began in 2000 in his hometown Dinamo Pančevo. For the club, he completed 67 games before he moved to Hajduk Kula in the highest Serbian league. The 1.94 meter tall goalkeeper was seven years for the Hajduci between the posts until 2009 the Portuguese club União Leiria joined. Despite strong competition from Helder Godinho and Michael Domingues to Đuričić could establish itself as a goalkeeper. The 2009/10 season ended the team's starting with a place in the midfield.

Đuričić was appointed on 12 May 2010 as one of four goalkeepers coach Radomir Antic from the extended squad of Serbian national football team for participation in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. The goalkeeper, who fired a short time his Serbian passport to take Ukrainian citizenship came a short time later in a friendly match against New Zealand for the first time in the senior team for use. The 29- year-old goalkeeper was in the 0-1 defeat several fantastic parades so that nominated him Radomir Antic coach as third goalkeeper for South Africa. There he was, as expected, to no use.
