Anelli

Anelli are an italian pasta places.

The Anelli are ring-shaped pasta. They are similar in shape of a disk of Penne and have a smooth surface. They are mostly used in soups and salads, but they also eat with sauces. The cooking time is 7-10 minutes. In addition to the Anelli, there is the Anellini, a smaller version of Anelli, and Anelli Giganti, an oversized version of Anelli by the manufacturer Bella Italia. The name Anelli comes from Italian and means as much as rings.
