Angela Mao

Angela Mao Ying (* 1952 in Taiwan as Mao Fu Ying ) is a Chinese actress of kung fu cinema of the 1970s. She is also known by the name of Angela Mao and Mao Ying.

Mao Ying is called by her fans Lady Whirlwind and Lady Kung Fu. She trained Kung Fu, Hapkido, Tae Kwon Do and other martial arts disciplines, to prepare for her film roles. For her brief appearance in the film The Man with the Dragon, she received $ 100.

Angela married in 1974 Kelly Lui ( Yee Shun Chee ) and got a daughter in 1976. In 1982, she retired from the film business, to devote himself to her family.
