The Angrapa (Cyrillic russian Анграпа [ angrapa ], German Angerapp, Polish Węgorapa [ vɛŋɡɔrapa ] ) is a river in the Russian Kaliningrad Oblast and Poland, in the historic East Prussia. The name derives from Old Prussian angurys -ape and means to Old Prussian " Aalfluss ".

It has a length of 169 km, of which it flows 120 km through Russia.

The Angerapp originates in Masuria, leaving at Węgorzewo ( Angerburg ) the Mauersee, flows through the Rajon Osjorsk (until 1945 about county Darkehmen or Angerapp ) with the city Osjorsk and forms at Tschernjachowsk together with the Inster the Pregel. Shortly before the border to Russia joins the Goldap in the Angerapp. The river was formerly known for its abundance of fish. In Angerburg there used to be one of the largest fish hatcheries in Europe, in which mainly whitefish were grown.
