Angus North and Mearns (Scottish Parliament constituency)

Angus North and Mearns is a constituency of the Scottish Parliament. It was introduced in 2011 as one of ten constituencies of North East Scotland electoral region, which was cut in the new part of the revision of constituencies in 2011 and expanded from nine to ten constituencies. Here, the constituency of Angus North and Mearns from areas of the former constituencies of West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine and Angus and northeastern parts of the former North constituency was formed Tayside the neighboring constituency Mid Scotland and Fife. It covers southern areas of the Council Area Aberdeenshire Angus and parts of the cities of Brechin, Forfar and Stonehaven. The constituency appoint a deputy.
