Ania (singer)

Ania Dabrowska ( born January 7, 1981 in Chelm ) is a Polish pop musician.

Life

The musical talent that she showed in her childhood, expressed in learning to play on the double bass and the bass guitar. During her time at the Lyceum she played in the band 4 Pory Roku ( Four Seasons). In 2002 she participated in the talent show Idol on Polish television and reached the final round. This was followed by her first professional recording on a plate of the singer, Krzysztof Krawczyk. In the same year she began studying psychology at the Wyższa SzkoĹ Psychologii Społecznej in Warsaw. In 2004 they released their first CD entitled Samotność po zmierzchu ( loneliness after dusk ), with which they immediately stormed the top of the Polish charts. For this achievement, she received two Fryderyki as a singer of the year and the newcomer of the year. With Kilka historii na ten sam temat end of 2006 they released their second album.
