Anja Monke

Anja Monke ( born May 28, 1977 in Herford ) is a German professional golfer. From 2004 to 2008 she played on the Ladies European Tour LET, the Ladies European Tour. She managed via the qualifying school in 2008 the jump to the American professional LPGA Tour. She plays on the LPGA since 2009.

In 2003 she won the International Amateur Championships of Switzerland and Italy, and was elected to the German Amateurgolferin of the year. With a handicap of 3 she moved in autumn 2003 turned professional. In September 2008, she won the Open de France Vediorbis her first professional tournament, it was followed by winning the Dubai Ladies Masters.
