Anna Blyth

Anna Blyth (born 15 May 1988 in Leeds ) is a British track cyclist.

At the age of 15 years, Anna Blyth began with the power cycling. After they had reached the podium at junior European and World Championships, it was 2006 in Ghent Junior World Champion in the Keirin. In 2007 she became European Champion ( junior ) in the same discipline. In 2008 she won the British Championship of the elite in the 500m time trial and team sprint, together with Victoria Pendleton. In 2009 she won the scratch race at the European Championships ( under 23 ). Also the third place they achieved in the same discipline at the Commonwealth Games 2010.

Anna Blyth is a member of the British " Olympic Development Plan " and the "Olympic Academy" in preparation for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
