Anna Falchi
Anna Falchi (actually Anna Kristiina Palomäki; born April 22, 1972 in Tampere, Finland) is an Italian film actress and model of Finnish origin.
Biography
Anna Falchi was born as the daughter of a Finnish woman, Kaarina Palomäki Sisko, as well as an Italian, Benito Falchi, in Tampere. Her father left the family very early, yet Falchi spent her youth in the Italian homeland of his father.
Falchis mother reported her daughter in a model school, so her career seemed predestined. In 1989 she took part in the Miss Italy beauty contest, where among other director Federico Fellini became aware Falchi, who helped her to an appearance in a commercial for a Roman Bank.
1993 debuted the 21 -year-old in the film comedy Nel contienente nero. It should be their springboard to a short-lasting popularity. Because with the exception of the two mini-series The Ring of the Dragon - 1994 produced - and the false princess, in 1997, she could hardly gain notoriety in Europe.
Since the turn of the millennium Falchi is in Italy a popular television presenter; she continues to work as a model.
She is married to the Italian financier Stefano Ricucci since 2005, but their marriage is disintegrating.
