Anna Gasser

Anna Gasser (born 16 August 1991 Villach) is an Austrian snowboarder that starts slopestyle in the discipline.

Biography

Gasser first trained in the discipline of gymnastics before 2010 the sport of snowboarding turned to. The Kärntnerein qualified for the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi. There she won the first place in qualifying for the main draw. In the finals she reached the 10th place.

The Austrian began her career in the snowboard season 2010/11. In the Snowboard World Championships 2013, it was ranked 18th in the World Cup they reached in 2013 Cardrona and a fourth in Spindleruv Mlyn one ninth. Her best World Cup result while the hitherto only podium she reached in January 2014 with a third place in Stoneham.

In November 2013, she managed the first woman, the Cab Double Cork 900 kicker to be a double back flip with a half twist.
