Anna LaCazio

Anna LaCazio ( born January 26, 1962) is an American singer. It was in 1982 co-founded the band Cock Robin, with whom she celebrated between 1985 and 1987, particularly in Europe considerable commercial success. After the flop of the third album of the band First Love / Last Rites (1989 ), the band broke up in 1990.

LaCazio appeared in the episode only occasionally as a background singer, so in productions by Corey Hart and Purple Mountain Matinee.

Seven years after the dissolution of Cock Robin LaCazio took on a new version of Cock Robin Songs More Than Willing together with her former band mate and life partner Peter Kingsbery for his album Pretty Ballerina ( 1997).

An own solo album, which she produced under the title Eat Life, was never released.

LaCazio moved from Los Angeles in the desert of California, where she along with several other musicians founded the network Joshua Tree Association of Musicians & Songwriters in May 2001.

In 2006, she reformed Cock Robin along with the original members Peter Kingsbery (lead vocals) and Clive Wright ( guitar). From this reunion was also a new album, I Do not Want To Save The World forth. Recordings of the accompanying tour were released on CD Live.

After the birth of her son in the spring of 2007 Anna LaCazio is now back with Cock Robin - mainly in France - on tour. Eat Life was released in summer 2009 as a download and later on CD. 2011 Cock Robin toured again by some European countries, among them were also seven concerts in Germany.
