Anna Schnidenwind

Anna Schnidenwind, born Trutt (* around 1688 in Wyhl the emperor chair, † April 24, 1751 in Endingen chair) was one of the last women who were executed in public in Germany as a witch.

She was burned on 24 April 1751 Endingen chair im Breisgau (after strangulation ). The 63- year-old farmer of the devil's pact and arson were accused. She was blamed for the devastating fire Wyhls on March 7, 1751, she had probably triggered during smoking. The fire destroyed much of the village.
