Anne Laird

Anne Laird ( born May 20, 1970 in Edinburgh) is a Scottish curler.

Laird won as lead of the Scottish team the curling World Cup 2002 in Bismarck (North Dakota)

It replaced the short term Karen Addison as a Alternate the British curling team for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, after Addison had retreated about a month before the start of the tournament from the team. The team finished in seventh place.

Laird won on 28 March 2010 with the Scottish team to Eve Muirhead Skip the silver medal at the Curling World Championships. In the Canadian Swift Current, the team lost in the final against Team Germany by Andrea Schoepp Skip to 6:8 after extra end stones.
