Anne-Marie Blanc

Anne -Marie Blanc ( born September 2, 1919 in Vevey, † February 5, 2009 in Zurich ) was a Swiss actress and reciter.

Life

Anne -Marie Blanc graduated from the primary school and the Humanistic Gymnasium in Bern. Her acting training she received at Ernst Ginsberg and Wolfgang Heinz. She made her stage debut in 1932 at the Stadttheater Bern, from 1938 to 1952 it was part of the ensemble at the Schauspielhaus Zurich.

Then guested at the Municipal Theatre and the Comedy Basel, at the Stadttheater Luzern and in particular on the studio theater in Bern. Anne -Marie Blanc also played in German and Austrian theaters in Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Munich, Berlin, Vienna and Innsbruck as well as at festivals.

With the title role in Gilberte de Courgenay it was 1941 Swiss film star. Anne -Marie Blanc starred in numerous other films, including 1954 in the Falk Harnack film novel by a woman doctor with Rudolf Prack and Winnie Markus, as well as in television dramas of ZDF, ARD and DRS. Her first foreign film was pas comme ça On ne dies (1946 ), with Erich von Stroheim. Overall, she has acted in over 250 theater, film and media roles. She was with the film producer and founder of the Condor Film AG Heinrich Fueter married and the mother of three sons, including the film producer Peter-Christian Fueter.

Anne -Marie Blanc died in February 2009 aged 89 in Alterswohnheim Zurich -Enge. The funeral service was held in St. Peter's Church in Zurich on 14 February 2009.
