Anne Wibble

Anne Wibble, born Ohlin ( pronunciation: [ ˌ ː to ː lə vib ], born October 13, 1943 in Stockholm, † March 14, 2000 ibid ) was a Swedish politician ( liberal Folkpartiet nutrition ) and 1991-1994 Minister of Finance.

Life

Anne Wibble was the daughter of economist and politician Bertil Ohlin. It was formed from the economist and taught for several years at the Stockholm School of Economics. After several years as a staff member of the parliamentary office of Folkpartiet in 1985 she was even elected to parliament.

After the bourgeois electoral victory in 1991 was Anne Wibble finance minister in the government Carl Bildt. She held her post until the Reichstag elections of 1994. She was the first and is still the only woman in the history of Sweden, who has been in office.

In 1995 she ran for the post of party chairman of Folkpartiet, but lost the vote against Maria Leissner very scarce. Until 1997, they retained their seat in Parliament. This year, instead she was Senior Economist of the Swedish Industry Association.
