Annemarie Gerg

Annemarie Gerg ( born June 14, 1975 in Bad Tolz ) is a former German ski racer. She is the cousin of former alpine skier Hilde Gerg.

Gerg grew up in Lenggries and competed for the SC Lenggries. The slalom specialist placed in the Ski World Cup ten times in the top ten. Her best result was a second place in Val d'Isere on 21 December 2006. She participated in four World Cups and two Olympic Winter Games. At the games in Turin in 2006 they finished seventh in the slalom.

Six German championships they won between 1997 and 2003, five in slalom and giant slalom.

Due to a persistent injury in his right knee on September 12, 2007, she announced her resignation from the alpine racing.
