Annet Artani

Annette Artani ( gr Αννέτ Αρτάνι ) (* in New York City as Annette Stamatelatos ) is an American- Greek singer. It found, among others, Cyprus, the Euro Vision Song Contest 2006 with the title Why Angles Cry.

Artani was the daughter of Greek immigrants in New York City and grew up there. Artani received at the age of 16 years for their composition Summer Days a grant from the record company BMG. She studied music, belly dancing, dance, piano, media and drama. Artani accompanied Britney Spears as a background singer on their world tour and composed together with their Spears hit everytime.
