Annette Hohn

Annette Hohn ( born November 22, 1966 in Schwerin as Annette Drews ) is a former rower from the German Democratic Republic, which for Germany won an Olympic bronze medal in 1992.

Annette Drews had become in aft 1986 and 1987 DDR Champion. In the 1988 Olympics she was spare woman of the GDR team. In 1989 she won, now as Annette mockery starting, again, the East German championship in the eighth, at the World Championships she won the East German boat in second place. In 1990, she won her fourth GDR Champion title in the last race of the East German rowing team at the 1990 World Cup in Tasmania, she won bronze with the eighth.

After the fall of their club SC Dynamo Berlin changed its name to SC Berlin. She won her first all-German champion in eighth in a rowing community with rowers from Dortmund, Essen and Osnabrück. After the German wife of eight finished only fifth place at the 1991 World Championships, joined Annette Hohn 1992 in four without coxswain and won in this class of boat again the German championship title. At the Olympic Games in 1992, the crew Antje Frank, Gabriele flour, Birte Siech occupied with Annette scorn at bat in third place behind the boats from Canada and the United States.
