Annie Kriegel

Annie Kriegel, nee Becker, (born 9 September 1926 in Paris; † August 26, 1995 in Paris) was a French historian, university lecturer and journalist.

Life

She grew up in the 11th arrondissement Annie Becker began in 1942 in the Resistance to get involved politically. As a young woman she was an active member of the Parti Communiste français. Reception
