Annika Strebel

Annika Strebel ( born December 3, 1987 in Worms) from the wine -growing region of Rheinhessen was elected in Neustadt on the Wine Route in place of Mandy Großgarten from the wine region Ahr for the 63rd German Wine Queen on 30 September 2011. As a wine princesses were her during her twelve month term Elisabeth Born ( Saale Unstrut) and Ramona Sturm ( Mosel) to the side.

Family

Father Reimund Strebel is viticulture technician in his own vineyard in winter home and mother Ingrid homemaker.

Training

Annika Strebel first attended the Nicholas Chandler Elementary School (1994-1998) and the High School of St. Catherine in Oppenheim ( 1998-2005). After she graduated until 2008 trained as a winemaker at DLR Rheinhessen -Nahe -Hunsrück in Oppenheim. She worked in several famous wineries such as the winery Schales in Florsheim -Dalsheim, the winery and the vineyard Rappenhof in Alsheim Rebholz Siebeldingen (Pfalz ). In the years 2008 and 2009 she attended the vocational high school in Bad Kreuznach. After that, she began studying viticulture and oenology for at Rhine Main, Faculty of Geisenheim (see also → Geisenheim Research Institute ).

Time as Wine Queen

From September 2010 to September 2011 she was queen in Rheinhessen wine region, before she could stand for election to the German Wine Queen.
