Annual publication

An Annual (English for " Yearbook ") is a magazine, a book or a comic strip that is published annually. Individual episodes from weekly or monthly magazines or comic book series are compiled and published in one volume. An Annual may be under a theme or a particular artist worthy.

Many American Comics Annuals are published as a supplement to regular ongoing series, as Captain America or the Teen Titans. These Annuals are often more extensive than the regular issues of each series, and their action is usually not part of the current narrative rank the series, but complete in itself. Often, a completed Annual contains several stories, often by different authors team. This Annuals are sometimes willing to experiment than regular issues.
