Annual Reviews (publisher)

Annual Reviews, headquartered in Palo Alto (California, USA ) is a nonprofit publisher that publishes 32 annual magazines about various natural and social scientific research areas. Each edition of the " Annual Review " includes about 12 to 40 comprehensive review articles in which the more important advances in the past few years are brought together in a particular subject area. Topics may be repeated; for example, published from 1981 to 2000 seven article entitled " Attitude Change" to present new and revised concepts in psychology setting.

These reviews are used a lot in teaching and research and are designed to remain on the current state of knowledge and to get a quick introduction to a new area of ​​scientific research. History

The first series of Annual Reviews was "Annual Review of Biochemistry ", which was first issued in 1932.
