Antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity

ADCC ( antibody dependent cellular short for cytotoxicity, dt: antibody - mediated cellular toxicity) is the response of natural killer (NK) cells with antibody- loaded target cells (antigens or pathogens ). ADCC is calculated using the Fc - receptors of natural killer cell mediated (see Trogozytose ). Through these receptors labeled with specific IgG molecules target cells can be bound and destroyed by pouring the NK granules.
