As anticipation is known in genetics the increasing severity or earlier manifestation of a genetic disease in successive generations. So you called the earlier emergence of developmental characteristics of one generation to the previous generation. This occurs especially in Trinukleotiderkrankungen. The cause an expansion of the disease-causing unstable repeat mutation is seen. The example of the autosomal dominantly inherited Huntington's disease can be stated that the number of CAG triplet repeats in comparison with their parents' increased.
