Antillean Creole is a French -based Creole, spoken mainly in the Lesser Antilles. From its speakers it is also called Patwa ( Patois ). Antillean Creole is related to Haitian Creole, but has some important differences. The language was spoken in the past of a larger number of people, today, the number of speakers is declining. In Tobago, there are only very few speakers, as well as on Grenada. Dominica attempts to receive the language.
