Antipope Theodoric

Theodoric (or Theodoric; † 1102 in a convent near Salerno) was 1100-1102 Antipope.

Over the life of the Antipope Theodoric, very little is handed down.

Prior to his appointment, he was cardinal deacon of Santa Maria in Via Lata, and Cardinal Bishop of Albano. Due to an error in the Annales Romani Theodoric is often mistakenly called as bishop of Santa Rufina. In 1098 he led an embassy to Germany.
