Anton But

Anton Nikolaevich But (Russian Антон Николаевич Бут; born July 3, 1980 in Kharkiv, Ukrainian SSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who is since May 2013 in Lokomotiv Yaroslavl in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

But Anton began his career as a hockey player in the junior department of Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, for the first team, he was active in the Super League from 1996 to 2006. With his team he won during this period in the years of 2002 and 2003 the Russian championship. From 2006 to 2008 played the winger for Yaroslavl League rivals SKA Saint Petersburg. The season 2008/ 09 he spent at HK CSKA Moscow in the Kontinental Hockey League newly established. For the following season, he returned to his former club SKA St. Petersburg, where he was until 2011 under contract.

In May 2011, But was committed from Metallurg Magnitogorsk, for whom he scored 22 points scorer in 58 KHL games. In the 2012/13 season he was at HK Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk under contract, before he returned in May 2013 to Lokomotiv Yaroslavl.

Internationally

But For Russia took part in the junior level at the U20 World Junior Championship in 2000. In the senior level, he stood in his country's squad at the World Championships in 2001, and in 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2009 in the Euro Hockey Tour.
