Anton Volchenkov

Anton Alexeyevich Woltschenkow (Russian Антон Алексеевич Волченков; born February 25, 1982 in Moscow, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who stands in July 2010 with the New Jersey Devils of the National Hockey League contract. His father Alexei was also a hockey player and celebrated numerous successes with CSKA Moscow.

Career

The 1.85 m tall defender first played at HK CSKA Moscow before being selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 2000 as 21 in the first round by the Ottawa Senators ( drafted ) was.
