Antonella Lualdi

Antonella Lualdi (actually Antonietta De Pascale, born July 6, 1931 in Beirut ) is an Italian film actress.

Life

The daughter of an Italian and a Greek woman came during World War II in the home of her father, where he was discovered almost 18 years old for the film. The first highlight of her career was the role of Mathilde de la Mole in Claude Autant - Lara's film adaptation of Stendhal's novel Red and black. In another significant literary adaptation, a woman living on the novel by Guy de Maupassant, it was directed by Alexandre Astruc as Gilberte de Fourcheville front of the camera. Until the early 1970s, she took numerous roles in international film.

She also spent time working as an assistant director, including for director Ferdinando Baldi. Since the 90 years she has been a busy series actress. Lualdi is married to actor Franco Interlenghi since 1953 and mother of actress Antonella Interlenghi (* 1961).
