Antonia (daughter of orator Marcus Antonius)

Antonia was a daughter of the famous Roman orator Marcus Antonius Orator. Her brothers were Marcus Antonius Creticus ( the father of Triunvirn Mark Antony ) and Gaius Antonius hybrida.

Some time after Marcus Antonius Orator 100 BC a triumph over the Cilician pirates had been allowed to celebrate, of all his daughter Antonia by pirates from his villa was kidnapped at Misenum; it was only released on payment of a large ransom. Otherwise, nothing is known about Antonia.
