Antonio Chimenti (* June 30, 1970 in Bari ) is an Italian former footballer who played for Juventus. Previously, the goalkeeper stood among others at Udinese Calcio and AS Roma under contract. From July 2012 until the dismissal of the coaching staff in December the same year Chimenti worked under head coach Ciro Ferrara as a goalkeeper coach at Sampdoria.
Career
Early years
Antonio Chimenti was trained in the youth academy of SS Sambenedettese Calcio and was awarded in 1988 at the age of eighteen years at the former member of the Series B his first professional contract.
