Aperam

Aperam is one of the world's largest producers of stainless steel with headquarters in Luxembourg and employs 10,700 people in over 30 countries. The company has six production plants in Belgium, France and Brazil. In 2010, sales amounted to 5.6 billion U.S. dollars.

Aperam is a spin-off of the steel giant ArcelorMittal. Since January 2011, the Group on the Amsterdam, Luxembourg and Paris stock exchange is allowed. During the IPO were shareholders of ArcelorMittal twenty shares in Arcelor one share in Aperam. 40.8 percent of the company include the Mittal family and 2.5 percent of the State of Luxembourg.
