Apostolic Prefecture of the Falkland Islands

The Apostolic Prefecture of the Falkland Islands or Islas Malvinas (Latin: Apostolica de Praefectura Insulis Falkland seu Malvinis ) is a community on the Falkland Islands Roman Catholic Apostolic Prefecture based in Stanley.

It was founded on 10 January 1952. Previously, the archipelago belonged to the Diocese of Punta Arenas. To the jurisdiction of the prefecture also includes South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands.
