Arash T. Riahi

Arash T. Riahi ( born August 22, 1972 in Iran) is an Austrian film director of Iranian origin.

Life and work

Arash Riahi came in 1982 by the flight of his parents from Iran to Austria. Since his father was persecuted as a left intellectual Shah's opponents, Riahi no longer attended the recent years in Iran to school - instead, he often went with his father to the movies. " Maybe that stirred my enthusiasm for the film. " While still at school, he made ​​his first short film experiments.
