Arburg

The German engineering company Arburg GmbH Co KG (proper spelling Arburg Arburg ) is a company of families Hehl and Keinath and, with its electric, hybrid and hydraulic injection molding machines of the world's industry leaders. With approximately 1,840 employees in Germany and another 360 worldwide Arburg served markets for machines of small to medium clamping forces (up to 5,000 kN).

Application areas of machine are plastic part manufacturing, for example in the automotive industry, the communications and consumer electronics, medical devices, household appliances and packaging industry. In addition, modular robotic systems and peripheral equipment are produced.

Arburg is represented by its own units in 24 countries at 32 locations and by trading partners in more than 50 countries. Central production and administration Lossburg is in the northern Black Forest, other German sites are the "technology centers " in Radevormwald and Rednitzhembach.

The globally operating secret group recorded in 2012 a consolidated turnover of 488 million euros.

Arburg has been included in the lexicon of German world market leaders in 2010.

Applications

To the standard method of injection molding, special equipment variants for the areas multi-component injection molding, processing of thermoset, elastomer and silicone ( Liquid Silicone Rubber), gas and water injection technology ( GIT, WIT), insert molding, powder injection molding, ( Powder Injection Moulding includes: Metal Injection Moulding and Ceramic Injection Moulding) and cleanroom technology offered.
