Archival science

The Archives Administration is the study of all the documents created in registries, so documents and all other data media ( written, visual, Tongut and electronic media) of historical or legal value (" archival quality " ) are and will be placed in archives.

The Archives Administration is counted among the historical auxiliary sciences. Whether one can speak instead of Archives Administration of an archival science is controversial in the scientific discussion.

You can call the two earliest known historical archive manuals here. These first precursor of archival science have been printed in 1571 and were probably composed in the first half of the sixteenth century. Its author, the German nobleman Jakob von Rammingen (1510-1582), probably as the "father " of this field of study are considered. He founded an archive tradition that continued in Germany for at least a few centuries. The Archives theory was first formulated by him.
