Archlebov

Archlebov ( German Archlebau ) is a municipality in Okres Hodonín, South Moravian Region, Czech Republic. In 1332 hectare live 875 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013). The biggest economic factor is the viticulture and the production of eggs.

History

The first mention dates back to 1349. 1437 the village was appointed to the city in the 16th century it belonged to the rule Ždánice.

Attractions

  • Near the market square was initially a chapel in 1447, and later in 1729 the parish church of St. Roch and Sebastian built.
  • The village maintains the historic popular character with over 200 costume makers.
