Arendonk is a Belgian municipality located in the Flemish region with 12,894 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2012). It is located in the northeast of Belgium, bordering the Netherlands.

Turnhout is located 10 kilometers west of the Dutch city of Eindhoven and Brussels 30 km northeast about 75 km south-west.

The nearest motorway exits are Turnhout -Oost and retie on the Belgian A21 / E 34 In Turnhout, Geel and Mol are the next regional stations. Antwerp airport and Eindhoven airport are the nearest regional airports and the Brussels National Airport near the capital Brussels is an airport of international importance.

Attractions

The town hall was built in 1903 in neo-Gothic style. A year later the church Our Love Woman was completed.
