Aresing

Aresing is a community in the Upper Bavarian district of Neuburg -Schrobenhausen.

Geography

Aresing lies in the planning region Ingolstadt four kilometers south of Schrobenhausen.

There are the following districts: Aresing, Autenzell, Güterberg, Hengthal, Neuhof, Lower, Upper Lauterbach, Upper Because Bach Rescue Bach and Unterweilenbach.

History

Aresing belonged to Rentamt Munich and the court Schrobenhausen of the Electorate of Bavaria. In the course of administrative reform in Bavaria, was born with the congregation of 1818 the municipality Aresing. Through the performed 1 July 1972 local government reform was the consolidation of previously independent municipalities Aresing, Lauterbach, Bach Rescue Bach and Weil. From May 1978 to December 1979 was Aresing temporarily to manage Community Schrobenhausen.

The Bishop Sailer Elementary School was born after 1751 in Aresing and raised in the town, named Catholic theologian Johann Michael Sailer, who was bishop of Regensburg in 1832 from 1829 until his death. The Erwin Lesch- school ( special school ) was named after the special educators, trainers of " auxiliary school teachers " and author of teaching and textbooks Erwin Lesch.

The Aresinger painter Johann Baptist Hofner (1832-1913), who was known primarily as a painter of animals, was friends with a native of Schrobenhausen " Munich painter prince " Franz Spranger ( 1836-1904 ). Lenbachplatz lived in 1853 at Hofner in Aresing and visited often followed by the city to paint there with Hofner and later with other students from the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich. Policy

Mayor is Horst Rössler (SPD). He was elected in the municipal elections in 2008 with 53.4 % of votes. Opposition candidates were George Haas of the outdoors voters (26.8%) and Jacob Beierl of the CSU ( 19.8 %).

The municipal tax revenue in 1999 amounted to the equivalent of 1,095 T €, of which € 95 thousand ( net) trade tax revenue.

Economy and infrastructure

In 1998 there were, according to official statistics in manufacturing and 232 in trade and transport, no social insurance contributions at the workplace.
