Argao, Cebu

Argao is a Philippine municipality of the second income class in the province of Cebu. It has 69 503 inhabitants ( census of 1 May 2010 ).

The municipality is situated on the east coast of the island of Cebu, about 67 south of Cebu City and can be reached via the coastal highway. Its coast lies opposite the road from Cebu, Bohol Island. Your neighboring municipalities are Sibonga in the north, Dalaguete in the south. The communities Dumanjug, Ronda, Alcantara, Moalboal and Badian borders to the west with Argao. The coastline of the municipality has a length of 18 kilometers.
