The national ice hockey team in Argentina is a selection of Argentine players who are determined by the Asociación Argentina de Hockey sobre Hielo y en Línea to represent the country at international level.

History

A delegation of the Asociación Argentina de Hockey sobre Hielo y en Línea, which had focused since its inception mainly on inline hockey, took from 7 to 21 February, 2012 to a training camp in Mexico part. There you can also denied beside a friendly match against a club team five test matches against Mexican national teams. First, Argentina defeated the club team Aztecas 7:6. Against the Mexican U-18 National Team they won 4-2 and 3-0 before they lost the third game 0-2. In his first two international matches against the established international Men's National Team Mexico Argentina was defeated, 1:5 and 1:10.

In March 2014 Argentina took part in the first part of the discharged Pan American Hockey Tournament. During the tournament the first international victory of Argentina succeeded in the 5-3 over Brazil. Argentina eventually finished fourth after a 1:9 in the match for third place against Colombia.
