Argentine (Paris Métro)

Argentine is an underground station on Line 1 of the Paris Métro. It is located on the border between the 16th and 17th arrondissement below the Avenue de la Grande Armée, which forms the border between the two districts.

The station was put into operation on 1 September 1900. These perverted then at the Porte de Vincennes Porte Maillot section. Until the central station Châtelet there are about five kilometers. Since 2009 the station has with the introduction of driverless operation on platform screen doors.
