Ari Ichihashi
Ari Ichihashi (Japanese市桥 有 里, Ari Ichihashi, born November 22, 1977 in Naruto, Tokushima Prefecture ) is a former Japanese long-distance runner, who had their greatest success in the marathon.
Already at the age of 19 she made her debut at this track and was the Nagoya Marathon 1997 Fourth in 2:29:50. At the Tokyo International Women's Marathon 1998, she was second in 2:28:29 and qualified as for the World Athletics Championships in 1999 in Seville, where they the silver medal behind Jong Song -ok (PRK ) and before Lidia Simon in her personal best time of 2:27:02 fetched.
In a marathon, the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney she placed 15th in 2:30:34.
