Trivia

Singer-songwriters and Christoph Lollo sing in their song " Ari -Pekka Nikkola " about the former ski jumper.

In the Finnish comedy series " Ratkaisijat - the cows ' Studio Julmahuvi is exit-pupil Nikkola sought by the main characters and Dieter Berner. The series is a parody on the German TV crime drama " The Old Man ". The Finnish actors speak it very broken German and subtitled in Finnish, what the series gives a special charm, especially for German speaking viewers. The parody is, inter alia, seen at youtube.com.
