Arijan Ademi

Arijan Ademi (born 29 May 1991, Šibenik) is a Croatian football player with Albanian roots. Since 2010 he is at Dinamo Zagreb under contract.

Career

Association

Ademi started his career with his hometown club HNK Šibenik, where he was part of the first team squad from 2007.

In summer 2010, he moved to Dinamo Zagreb. In his first season with Dinamo he won the league and cup double.

During the winter break in 2012 Ademi was awarded to Lokomotiva Zagreb. After he was injured on only 3 missions, he returned in the summer of 2012 back to Dinamo, where he is a regular player after the departure of Milan Badelj.

National

Ademi reached with the Croatian U-19 national team at the U-19 European Championship 2010 semi-finals, where they lost to eventual champions France. Ademi came at this tournament in four games, a field that scored a goal.

Due to this success, Croatia took a year later at the U-20 World Cup 2011 in Colombia in part, failed there but after defeats against Saudi Arabia, Nigeria and Guatemale in the preliminary round. Ademi stood in all three games in the grid.

His debut for the senior team, he announced on February 6, 2013 in a friendly against South Korea ( 4-0).
