Armin Helfer

Armin Helfer ( born May 31, 1980 in Brunico, South Tyrol ) is an Italian ice hockey player who is under contract with HC Val Pusteria from the Italian Serie A1 since the beginning of January 2012.

Career

Armin Helfer began his career as a hockey player with the HC Val Pusteria, for by 2001 he was active from 1996 in the Serie A1. He then moved to the HC Milano Vipers, with whom he five times Italian champion was in the next six years between 2002 and 2005, in the years 2002, 2004 and 2005, three times the Coppa Italia won, and in 2001, 2002 and 2006, the Supercoppa Italiana. After the defender was in the 2007/ 08 season at HC Innsbruck in the Austrian Hockey League contract, he played in the 2008/ 09 season for the HC Thurgau of the Swiss National League B. In addition, the Italians played in two games this season for the Kloten Flyers of the National League A. In the summer of 2009 turned the defender back to his hometown Brunico.
