Armin Reutershahn

Armin Reutershahn (* March 1, 1960 in Duisburg ) is a German football coach.

Career

As a player, he was active for Preussen Krefeld, SV Schwafheim, TuS Xanten and VfB Homberg, only played in the youth teams and was never professional.

Coaching career

Reutershahn began his coaching career in 1991 as an assistant coach at Bayer 05 Uerdingen; there he was in the final weeks of the 1995/96 season and head coach, but the descent of the Krefeld was unable to prevent. In 1997 he was an assistant coach at Hamburger SV and 2004, he moved at a constant position to Eintracht Frankfurt, where he worked under Friedhelm glitter.

From 2009 Reutershahn assistant coach was the 1st FC Nuremberg, where he became the successor of Peter Hermann migrated to Leverkusen. First, he was assistant to Michael Oenning and after his release including the new club coach Dieter Hecking.

After the change of Hecking for VfL Wolfsburg Armin Reutershahn took over together with Michael Wiesinger as a coaching team from 1 January 2013, the Erstligaelf of the Franks.

On October 7, 2013 Wiesinger and Reutershahn leave of absence. When the cause was believed to have previously suffered a day 0-5 defeat against Hamburg, after which the 1st FC Nuremberg was on the 16th place in the table of the 1st Bundesliga.

On March 10, 2014 Reutershahn was combined with sound Lokhoff at VfB Stuttgart assistant coach Huub Stevens.
